A useful claim should have a source that matches the question: official guidance for Singapore rules and the operator’s current terms for its own features.
Verification order
Begin with the Gambling Regulatory Authority for remote gambling guidance. For a specific service, check the named operator and its live game, cashier, account and offer pages.
- Note when a fact was checked.
- Keep conditional wording when availability is unknown.
- Do not infer a licence, fee or reward from a logo or screenshot.
When a source conflicts
Prefer the current primary source and ask the relevant official channel to clarify a material contradiction. Until it is resolved, describe the point as unverified.
A practical check
For a payment claim, look at the current cashier; for an offer, the complete terms; for Singapore law, official GRA guidance. A third-party screenshot can be a lead for investigation, but it cannot replace those primary sources.
