A bank transfer may involve separate bank and operator processing stages. Confirm the exact instructions in the verified cashier before sending funds.
Verify the beneficiary
Check the beneficiary name, account details, supported bank and any required reference. Use current instructions from the official account area, not a saved screenshot or message.
- Confirm the amount and currency are SGD.
- Read the deposit minimum and any bank charge.
- Check whether the transfer must come from an account in your name.
Track the transfer
Keep the bank receipt and do not send a second payment while the first is pending. If the stated time passes, give verified support the reference, date and S$ amount without exposing login credentials.
A practical check
A beneficiary account may change over time. Before reusing saved bank details, check the current cashier instructions. If the bank warns that the name does not match, pause and verify through the operator’s official support route rather than overriding the warning.
