Cashback and rebates
A cashback offer may return a defined share of eligible net losses. Its calculation period and cap are as important as the advertised rate.
Read the calculation
Check which games count, whether the basis is net loss or a different measure, and when the period begins and ends. Find the S$ maximum and minimum qualifying amount.
- Confirm whether cashback is cash or restricted bonus value.
- Check opt-in and crediting rules.
- Read expiry and withdrawal conditions.
Avoid changing your limit
A possible rebate does not cancel a loss. Keep the S$ budget you set before play, even if an offer shows a percentage that looks attractive.
A practical check
A percentage may apply to net loss after wins, not to every losing bet. Read the calculation example in current terms and look for a maximum S$ rebate. Never increase spending to reach a threshold; the rebate does not make losses harmless.
