Start a password reset from the operator’s official login page. A link in an unexpected message may lead to an imitation site.
Reset safely
Type the known site address or use a saved bookmark. Request a reset, check the delivery channel shown and use the newest link or code within its stated lifetime.
- Choose a new password not used elsewhere.
- Do not share a reset code with support or a caller.
- Sign out of other sessions if the account settings allow it.
If the code never arrives
Check the destination, blocked-message folder and request limit. If you no longer control the registered channel, contact the operator through its verified recovery process.
A practical check
If a reset message arrives when you did not request one, do not use its link. Open the official account site independently, change your password if needed and review recent activity. An unexpected reset may mean someone knows your login identifier.
