How to check betting rules
The rule for a bet should explain what you stake, what decides the result and when a payout or void applies.
Find the rule attached to the game
Open the game or market’s current rules before confirming a S$ stake. Check the settlement event, any bonus or side-bet conditions and how interrupted rounds are handled.
- For slots, read symbols and feature triggers.
- For live tables, read table limits and dealer rules.
- For sports or draws, read cut-offs and void conditions.
If a result is disputed
Keep the round or ticket reference, time and relevant rule. Ask verified support to explain the settlement against that rule; do not rely on a past result as a prediction.
A practical check
If a game disconnects after you submit a stake, check account history before replaying. Record the round ID and the game’s interruption rule. The question is whether the accepted round settled, voided or remains pending under that rule.
