Find which activity earns points, how they convert, whether a tier resets and when points expire. Benefits such as faster processing or dedicated support must be stated in the current rules.

- Check whether redeemed value has wagering.
- Read downgrade and account-closure rules.
Keep ordinary limits
A tier target is not a reason to play longer or at higher stakes. Stop at your preset S$ budget even when the next reward appears close.
A practical check
If points expire at a tier reset, compare the redemption deadline with how you normally use the service. A tier benefit matters only if it is actually available to your account and worth using without extra play. Ask for written programme rules.
